It's difficult to beat the Hispanic work ethic, but if there is a shortage of farm labor this year, Mack McCrary believes he has the answer. He's founded the Urban Farm Workers Network to provide farmers with workers from the inner city, and to give the workers more opportunity to become skilled farm laborers.
